Shipping policy
**PROCESSING AND SHIPPING**
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of
payment confirmation. Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground
for larger packages. A shipping confirmation with tracking details is sent
by email once the order ships.
For pre-order or out-of-stock items, please contact us at
info@grmods.shop for current lead times. Processing may take longer if
payment clearance is delayed.
**ROUTING CHANGES**
Once an order has shipped, any change the customer requests to its delivery,
including rerouting, address corrections, hold-for-pickup requests, or other
carrier service changes, may result in additional carrier fees. These fees
are the customer's responsibility.
**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs
fees charged by the destination country. These fees vary by country, are not
included in the order total, and are the customer's responsibility. GRMODS is
not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees after the sale.
Packages refused because of unpaid duties or fees are not eligible for a
refund of shipping costs, and return shipping may be deducted from any
refund.
