Cancellation policy
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they ship. Once an order has
shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is handled as a return under our
Return and Refund Policy. Orders cancelled at the customer's request are subject to a processing fee
of 3% of the order total.
PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing a pre-order with GRMODS, you agree to the following terms.
Payment and Reservation
Full payment is required when the pre-order is placed. Payment reserves the
product for you.
Final Sale
All pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable. A pre-order cannot be
cancelled, refunded, or changed because of a change of mind, delays, or
personal circumstances.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Any ship or delivery dates given at the time of purchase are estimates and
may change. GRMODS works to meet them but is not responsible for delays
outside its control, including production, freight, or customs delays.
Product Availability
Pre-order items are often produced in limited quantities. If GRMODS cannot
fill a pre-order because the product is discontinued or a production run
fails, the customer will be contacted and offered a resolution at GRMODS's
discretion, such as refund, store credit, or a comparable product.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Pre-orders ship in the order they were received once the product is
available. Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping
information at checkout; changes may not be possible after the pre-order is
placed.
